Alka is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of youngsters. With her over 25 years experience as a Banker, Trainer and Consultant in a cross-cultural environment in the Middle East and India, for the last few years she has been engaged in mentoring students and young adults to discover their own potential, guiding them to make informed educational and career choices and coaching them towards a balanced personality through the development of language, communication and leadership skills.

Having more than 32 years of experience in the education field in Delhi, Mrs Amla Thukral not only worked as TGT and PGT but also held the positions of HOD and Examinations Incharge and retired in 2018.
